We supply schools, educational institutions and sub-distributors only. We do not sell to parents or students.

Add the grade bundles you need to your order list on the Books page and send it, or send a quote request. Our team replies with a quote. Once you approve it and confirm the quantities and delivery address, we prepare and ship your books.

A bundle is the full set of student books for one grade in one series, for example the textbooks and activity books a student needs for the year. Schools order by bundle, one bundle per student.

Yes, single books can be added as an extra. Books ordered outside a bundle do not include the free Teacher's Guide, the free NAFS Poster or other bundle benefits.

Every quote or order request needs your Tax Registration Number (TRN), your Commercial Registration (CR) number and your National Address short code, which is 4 letters and 4 numbers (for example ABCD1234). You can also attach the documents to the form.

Prices depend on the titles and quantities, so each school gets its own quote with official Regal Education pricing. Payment terms are agreed with each school or distributor when the quote is confirmed.

Yes. Every 25 bundles of a grade come with 1 free Teacher's Guide and 1 free NAFS Poster for that grade. 50 bundles of a grade bring 2 of each, 75 bring 3, and so on.

Yes. Extra Teacher's Guides beyond the free ones can be added to your order at their own price.

No. The count is per grade: 25 bundles of the same grade bring the free Teacher's Guide and NAFS Poster for that grade.

Yes. Every Regal series we supply has a KSA edition approved by the Saudi Ministry of Education.

The KSA edition is made for schools in Saudi Arabia. The international (INT) edition is nearly identical and is for schools across MENA and Turkey. Tell us which edition you need when you order.

English and Math follow US Common Core, Science follows NGSS, and Math uses the Singapore pedagogy. The series are also aligned with the IB (International Baccalaureate).

Yes. Alkitab Alraqi is the official Exclusive Agent of Regal Education in MENA and Turkey, so every book comes straight from the publisher.

We deliver to schools in all 13 regions of Saudi Arabia, and to our partners across MENA and Turkey. Orders ship from our warehouse in Dammam.

It depends on the order size and the destination, so our team confirms the delivery time with your quote. We plan each order with you so the books arrive before classes start.

Every shipment gets a tracking number. Enter your package number or courier tracking number on the Track Order page to see where it is.

When the books arrive, your receiver confirms the delivery and the condition of the boxes on the Track Order page. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, email customer service with your package number and photos and we will sort it out.

Our office works Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and our warehouse Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (KSA time).

Yes. Download free PDF samples of the Math and Science books on the Samples page, or ask for sample copies of the series and grades you are considering.

The new English PDF samples are being prepared. Until then, ask us and we will arrange English samples for your school.

Yes. Schools that have bought the books can book teacher training with Regal's certified trainers, online or at the school, on the Teacher training page.

Pick a date at least 7 days ahead. Online training can be booked on any working day. Training at your school runs in your region's set week. The request needs the invoice number of your book order (INV-…); a quotation number is not enough. We confirm the date by email.

Yes. The Regal digital platform gives your school its content, resources and teaching tools in one place. After your order, we send you a short client form to fill in. Once we receive it, we turn on your school's accounts and send you the sign-in details. Teachers then sign in on Regal's teaching materials page.

Yes. Tell us your company, country and region through the sub-distributor form and our team will contact you about wholesale terms.
